CHEER

Coached by a former CFL Cheerleader, athletes will train in components of tumbling, stunting, jumps, and cheers.  We offer pre-competitive & competitive options, with local showcase opportunities! Plus all athletes get to shine in our year-end recital. No Experience Necessary!

LEVELS

  • Tiny Prep – a pre-competitive program – is 45 min once a week.
  • Mini Prep – a competitive program, is 1 1/2 hours a week. With 45 min of Tumbling a week included for FREE! (Tumbling is mandatory at this level) Plus eight 2-hour Saturday Practices included.
  • Youth All Star– a competitive program. 2 hours a week, with 1 hour of Tumbling included for FREE! (Tumbling is mandatory at this level) Plus eight 2-hour Saturday Practices included.
  • Junior All Star– a competitive program. 2 hours a week, with 1 hour of Tumbling included for FREE! (Tumbling is mandatory at this level) Plus eight 2-hour Saturday Practices included.

Dress Code

Girls

  • Hair off the face in a ponytail or bun

  • Any colour or style sport tank top & shorts.  Crop & Bra Tops also permitted.

  • White Cheer Runner or other White Supportive Runner

Boys

  • Hair must not cover eyes

  • Any colour or style of sport tank or t-shirt & shorts.
